Enprise Group Limited (Enprise) is a high-tech software and services investment company that has two operating divisions:
- Kilimanjaro Consulting, a solution provider for MYOB enterprise software in Australia and New Zealand.
- iSell Pty Limited (iSell), a seller of cloud-based quoting systems (IT Quoter) under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model used by the IT reseller market in Australia, New Zealand, UK and South Africa.
Enprise is invested in a joint venture, Datagate Innovation Limited (Datagate), a cloud telecom billing software solution designed for MSPs & UCaaS providers based in the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Europe. Datagate integrates with popular PSAs, tax engines, and accounting systems. Enprise holds 32.03% of Datagate.
Enprise Group's strategy for its investments is to unlock mutual synergies to accelerate growth for all. Vadacom and Kilimanjaro Consulting share a significant number of customers and have a similar target market. Datagate and iSell both target the same Managed Service Provider market and can link their sales and marketing functions to give each other sales introductions. Kilimanjaro Consulting leverages cloud skills and infrastructure resources across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Key reasons to Invest
Enprise Group recorded an impressive 85% growth in FY2020, placing it third on the Absolute IT Supreme Scale-Ups list for 2020. A doubling of revenue saw the company jump 38 places up the TIN200 rankings from No.175 to No.137 – the third biggest rise on TIN’s list this year. Key moments driving company success included officially acquiring Australian company Kilimanjaro Consulting in January 2020, which doubled staff numbers from 50 to 100. Following this, in May 2020 Enprise Group took a controlling interest in iSell Pty Ltd, adding a further 20 to total staff numbers across the stable of companies, which also includes joint venture Datagate Innovation, and a holding in Vadacom.
